Liberty Robotics is a competitive robotics club where students design, build, and program a brand-new robot each year to compete in the first Tech Challenge (FTC) — an international STEM competition (this is not BattleBots ??).

Liberty currently fields three teams:

  • Bison Bots – 20331
  • Liberty & Justice – 20353
  • Stampede Machines – 22342

All three teams compete in the SoCal FTC leagues, participating in four scrimmages each season before advancing to a qualifying tournament known as an Inter-League Tournament (ILT). From there, teams may progress to the Regional Championships and potentially advance to the World Championship or other Premier Events. The new season is announced every September.
